Return Policy
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of customer receipt of the item for applicable items. Refund is subject to approval pending inspection from our jewelers who will verify the condition. The items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered from its original condition that it was sent out in. Most custom ordered items will not be applicable for return. We charge a 20%-50% restocking fee in the event that the exchange is accepted and depending on the type of item.
Please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
